Tara and Siobhan Gallagher are sisters whose family has been in the real estate industry for 3 generations.
Their family experience includes investment real estate for income (cash flow), investment real estate for flipping, relocation, building, luxury properties, equestrian properties and property management. The Gallagher Team is a full service real estate team that can guide you to the right investment in addition to suggesting the contractor, designer, finance company, title and others.
Tara and Siobhan Gallagher grew up in New England. It is there that their love of horses was fostered. Like many young girls, they were pony crazy, and this love of ponies developed in to a lifetime passion for them.
MEET TARA
Tara is skilled at navigating complex negotiations while building solid and lasting relationships. Tara’s first priority is to ensure that her clients are always secure in their decisions and ultimately happy with the end result.
Tara started her career with Dell before going on to accept an exciting opportunity with Apple during a time of incredible growth for the tech giant. Armed with experience and a desire to expand her career, Tara then spent some time working as a consultant and investing in start-ups including some of today’s notable companies such as Pinterest, Square, WhatsApp and others.
As her investing success grew, she turned her attention to real estate. While living in Silicon Valley, Tara combined her two great loves, luxury building and show jumping, and built a luxury property that included a home, horse farm and vineyard.
Tara’s love of horses and competing in show jumping brought her to South Florida next where she built another horse farm. To date, Tara has invested in a variety of property types including commercial, residential and land and specializes in the luxury homes and horse farm projects across South Florida.
Tara is described by her clients as trustworthy, knowledgeable and confident. She looks forward to helping you find your dream home, barn or investment property.
MEET SIOBHAN
Siobhan Gallagher is a rising star among South Florida’s luxury real estate agents. She is known for her ability to exceed her clients’ expectations and commitment to going the extra mile. She has deep ties in the equestrian community and has developed a loyal and growing client base in one of South Florida’s most profitable niche markets.
Beginning her foray into real estate with Coldwell Banker’s Back Bay office in Boston, Siobhan quickly found her interest in the industry growing as she became the go-to authority for friends, family and colleagues seeking information about the best places to buy, rent or board their horses. Eventually, Siobhan’s passion for horses and equestrian industry led her to relocate to South Florida, settling in the Wellington area in 2005 where she has become a local authority on the properties around the city known for its equestrian community and events.
Siobhan has achieved her SRES designation (Senior Real Estate Specialist) and my MRP designation (Military Relocation Professional).
MEET LAURA
Laura Kelly met Siobhan when they were studying at Fairfield University in Connecticut and quickly bonded over their love of horses on the Equestrian Team. Of course, Tara and Laura hit it off and many years later, they all reunited in Florida, riding, decorating houses and selling real estate.

Laura is a referral agent with Douglas Elliman and works full time as an Interior Decorator specializing in Home Staging, renovation projects, flipping houses and virtual eDesign. Her company, Palm Beach Design & Real Estate Services, LLC can help with any size project you might have.
